Jim Baird has represented Indiana’s 4th Congressional District since replacing Todd Rokita in 2019. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Indiana House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018 and was a member of the Putnam County Commission from 2006 to 2010. Born in Covington, Indiana in 1945 and currently residing in Greencastle at age 77, Baird is also an alumnus of Purdue University, West Lafayette.
