Congressman Jim Baird, who represents Indiana’s 4th district in the U.S. Congress, recently highlighted his engagement with agricultural issues and local events through a series of posts on social media.

On July 26, 2025, Baird posted about a recent appearance to discuss legislative developments affecting agriculture: "#ICYMI: I joined @hoosieragtoday to discuss the historic WINS in the One Big Beautiful Bill for our farmers and agriculture industry!"

Two days later, on July 28, he shared his experience at a community event: "I had a wonderful time attending the White County Fair recently! It is always a pleasure to meet with constituents who are actively involved in their communities and see the hard work our outstanding 4-H members."

Later that same day, Baird reiterated his commitment to supporting those working in agriculture: "Hoosier farmers, ranchers, and growers are the backbone of American agriculture. I am focused on working with my Congressional colleagues to ensure our farmers remain at the forefront of American innovation.
