Mind Your Health 5K

We all know the benefit of a healthy mind and healthy body! Come join us as we gather for a fun 5K run/walk to celebrate this connection. All benefits stay within Putnam County for mental health advocacy and education! This year’s registration includes a hot beverage (coffee) cup with the Mind Your Health logo!! Perfect to warm yourself up after any fun outdoor activity! Pre-registration is encouraged (https://getmeregistered.com/mindyourhealth5k) or by contacting our office for a registration form and is $20; $25 registration on-site the day of the event. On-site registration opens at 10:30 a.m., the event starts at 11:00 a.m.
