Coming in at number 1, Smart Asset ranks Brownsburg as one of the best suburbs to live in near a large city!
As the top-ranking suburb, Brownsburg ranks highly for our five-year income growth (nearly 36%) and 10-year job growth (nearly 29%). In addition, the study cited low unemployment rates and affordable housing options for the top ranking.
Brownsburg is one of four Indiana communities that made the top ten, including Noblesville (#4), Fishers (#9), and Greenwood (#10). Nearly 500 suburbs from across the country were observed.
