Description: The Greencastle/Putnam County Yard Waste Site operated by West Central Solid Waste District, is located off Jackson Street on County Road 250 West. Residents may take grass clippings, twigs, branches, leaves and other organic yard waste. No stumps, sod, soil or treated lumber. Residential use only. Businesses and contractors are prohibited due to limited space. Fees may be found on the West Central Solid Waste District website at www.westcentralswd.com.
