Development Services is working on updates to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO).
This ordinance sets out the details of how property can be developed within the Town of Brownsburg including regulations on structure height and size, landscaping type and quantity, and parking space numbers and size, among other items.
This is an initial survey to help prioritize some topics that have been discussed over the last year and gain some insight on what is important to you for housing and business around Brownsburg. You can take the survey from now until August 15.
