Come and learn self defense at this fundraiser class for the Central Indiana Police Foundation! This class is designed to teach people protection skills for when they are threatened.
The class will cover such topics as defensive mindset, defense against a club or knife, awareness of surroundings, escaping holds and grabs, and more. The class is open to anyone but would be ideal for young women in high school or college. The class is led by certified instructor Bud Lich of The Shooting Institute, holder of a black belt in Kenpo Karate. There will also be a vendor for self defense accessories from Damsel in Defense. You can register online before the class or day of on location.
