Join us for gentle, relaxing yoga. Ease pregnancy discomforts and help prepare for birth. No prior yoga experience is necessary. This 6-week series is taught by a certified instructor. Bring fluids to sip on and your yoga mat, a blanket, wear comfy clothes and bring 1 – 2 pillows if you would like. You may join in at any point in your pregnancy. This is a free offering.
