Jim Baird has served as U.S. Representative for Indiana's 4th District since 2019 after succeeding Todd Rokita. He previously held positions in the Indiana House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018 and on the Putnam County Commission from 2006 to 2010. Born in Covington, Indiana in 1945, Baird currently resides in Greencastle. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette in 1967.
