Tigers Win Road Match at Hiram
DePauw moved to 9-12 overall and 3-3 in the North Coast Athletic Conference following a 3-1 (25-14, 25-22, 20-25, 25-20) win at Hiram. The Terriers dropped to 12-10 overall and 3-3 in the conference.
Olivia Karwin paced the Tigers with 12 kills and Lauren Ridgway added 10, while Avery Christy totaled 12 assists. Emma White led DePauw with four of its 11 aces and also shared the team lead in digs with Karwin as each had seven.
Mackenzie Brannon led Hiram with nine kills with Brooke Fishback totaling 11 assists. Brannon and Kayla Franks each had one ace with Brannon and Fishback finishing with four digs apiece.
DePauw held a narrow 55-53 edge in kills and a 34-22 advantage in digs.
The Tigers host Wittenberg on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m.
