Franciscan Physician Network is excited to welcome Niraj Gupta, MD, to their Lafayette and Crawfordsville oncology & hematology practices. Dr. Gupta, who is board certified in oncology and hematology, joins a group of fellow providers who have been recognized by the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative Certification Program for outpatient hematology-oncology practices that meet the highest standards for quality cancer care.
Dr. Gupta is a graduate of the Maulana Azad Medical College at the University of Delhi in India. He completed residency training in internal medicine at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn and fellowship training in hematology and oncology at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System in New York.
He has been a long-time provider of oncology care to patients on the north side of Indianapolis. Franciscan Physician Network is excited to have his expertise available at Franciscan Health Lafayette and Crawfordsville.
