Town of Brownsburg recently issued the following announcement.
Beginner Yoga
LOCATION: Brownsburg Public Library, 450 S Jefferson St. INSTRUCTOR: Kealy & Michelle Ester-Bode This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. It is slower paced, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, relax, and even break a sweat in a supportive environment. Participants are asked to bring their own mats or may use one of ours.
