Saturday, March 1: Danville Community High School standout Maxwell Schumacher’s college team wins to Christian Brothers Buccaneers

On Saturday, March 1, former Danville Community High School standout Maxwell Schumacher’s current college team, the West Alabama Tigers, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Christian Brothers Buccaneers.

The game took place at Tartt Field. This was their third matchup against the Buccaneers this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 2 p.m. at Rickwood Field against Miles Golden Bears.
