I look forward to working with you and the entire Trump Administration to support our farmers and ensure a thriving rural America!"

On March 13, 2025, Congressman Baird criticized the Biden Administration’s Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule. He praised EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin for supporting Indiana's farmers by providing clarity on this regulation.
