COVID-19 diagnosis led to patient's lung transplant: I just want to breathe

Kae Swartz COVID-19 diagnosis in December of 2021 led to her eventually needing a lung transplant, which she is now recovering from. "It was very sobering to [hear that I needed a transplant]... but my thought going into this whole process was, if I can breathe, I can do anything. I just want to breathe."
