CompleteLife Yoga Therapy is offered free of charge to hospitalized patients at IU Health Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center and University Hospital. Using guided relaxation, breathing and mindfulness techniques to help manage anxiety and stress, and promote relaxation. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all mobility levels are welcomed.
Note: CompleteLife Yoga Therapy is currently virtual.
IU Health team members should submit a Yoga Therapy referral on behalf of patients.
